Villa Maria
The project consists of renovating the interior of two villas and modifying the appearance of the facades so that they correspond exactly to the style niçoise. The interiors are a mixture of light stone and wood.
The rectangular garden is planted with Mediterranean species. The orientation of the existing swimming pool is changed to accentuate the longitudinal effect of the terrain and to break the marked separation between the two planks of the garden.
